Estamos construyendo un Banco de Talentos para posiciones de Retail, con el objetivo de contar con perfiles pre-evaluados para futuras oportunidades en distintas compañías del sector. Buscamos personas con experiência en atención al cliente, ventas y operación de tiendas, interesadas en nuevos desafíos dentro del mundo retail.

Las posiciones frecuentes incluyen Vendedor/a de salón, Encargado/a de tienda, Supervisor/a de local, Cajero/a, Visual Merchandising y Atención al cliente.

Buscamos personas con buenas habilidades de comunicación, orientación al cliente, capacidad para trabajar en equipo, y disponibilidad horaria. Valoramos perfiles proactivos, con actitud comercial, flexibilidad y adaptación a entornos dinámicos.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Atención y asesoramiento a clientes en punto de venta.
- Cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales.
- Reposición y control de stock.
- Manejo de caja y medios de pago.
- Mantenimiento del orden y la imagen del local.
- Coordinación de equipos (para roles de liderazgo).

**Requisitos**:
Disponibilidad horaria (part time / full time / horarios rotativos). (Excluyente)

Flexibilidad y adaptación a entornos dinámicos.

Buenas habilidades de comunicación y orientación al cliente. (Excluyente)

Capacidad para trabajar en equipo. (Excluyente)

Experiência previa en retail, ventas o atención al cliente. (Excluyente)

Experiência en marcas de retail o consumo masivo. (Excluyente)

Secundario completo con certificado analitico de respaldo (Excluyente)

Sueldo: $1.500.000,00 - $2.000.000,00 al mes
