Sr. Human Resources Business Partner

**The Position**
The HR business partner helps align our organisation’s ‘people strategy’ with the ‘business strategy’. Is an advisor for leaders to envision, develop and execute an HR strategy that supports the growth, performance and future business’ objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

- Contributes to implement people & organization development strategy
- Drives cultural transformation & engagement plans
- Organizes & facilitates training, coaching and development processes and activities.
- Participates in the co-design and execution of the Organisational Development Plan for the affiliate; Provides expertise to leaders and acts as consultant on people performance processes, talent attraction, talent review processes and succession plans
- As a business partner has the business mindset to propose aligned strategies, solutions and coaching to internal stakeholders; The position demands a high ability to adapt in a changing and fast pacing environment, effective communication and change management skills & tools

**Requirements**:

- University Degree in business administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or similar.
- Desirable postgraduate in related matters.
- 4 years of experience in business partnering, people & organisational development and change management.
- Fluency in English & Spanish
