Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze financial data and prepare financial reports for clients, including tracking assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other financial activities.
- Reconcile bank accounts, including gathering and balancing relevant financial information.
- Process accounting paperwork, including bank statements and client documentation.
- Coordinate accounting workflows to ensure timely and high-quality output.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for their accounting and financial needs.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. federal, state, and local financial regulations.
- Work collaboratively with senior team members, receiving guidance and taking on more complex tasks as you develop.
- Occasional extended business hours may be required when necessary.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- +2 years of accounting experience or relevant internships, with a clear understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of QuickBooks.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate clearly with clients in both languages (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Knowledge of US corporate and personal tax regulations is a plus.

Ideal Qualifications:

- Experience working in a CPA or Bookkeeping firm.
- Exposure to payroll processing or tax filing (Sales, Payroll, or Tangible Taxes).
- Familiarity with Creative Solutions Suite (UltraTax CS and Practice CS).
- Experience working with US-based companies.
