We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. **Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Conduct financial management activities, such as budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns
- Perform general ledger accounting tasks, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements
- Utilize financial software systems, such as PeopleSoft, to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives

**Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA certification preferred
- Proven experience in financial report writing and analysis
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices
- Familiarity with private equity investments is a plus
- Proficiency in using accounting software systems, such as PeopleSoft
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis
- Solid understanding of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and make recommendations based on financial data
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Pay: $500,000.00 per month
