Expectations and tasks
- Provide first level assessment of receipts and expense reports in compliance to client’s subscription and policies and procedures.
- Utilize tools and systems proficiently to process receipts and expense reports.
- Document and recommend necessary corrections and additional requirements to complete the receipts and expense reports in a timely manner.
- Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies.
- Maintain confidentiality, including, but not limited to, end-user financial information and client policies and procedures.

Education and qualifications / skills and competencies
- University degree or attending last year of studies.
- Effective communication and fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
- Care for and have an accurate eye for detail.
- Strive to improve a standard of excellence.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities.
- A strong will to deliver excellent quality.
- Ability to multi-task and can easily learn and adapt with changes in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.
