Position Purpose
- Collaborate with the coordination and execution of the source to pay activities and carry them out on time and according to the objectives of the area.
- To be in contact with the vendors, to request and provide all the necessary documentation for the process.
- If necessary, establish communication with the other areas in the Company to monitor the follow-up of the booking procedure.
- To help with general admin tasks of the area

Responsibilities;
Monitor operational source to pay activities through:

- Vendor´s invoices accountability as Kofax is not working properly due to the complex taxes in Argentina.
- Coordinate the process with the other areas in the company.
- Follow up of the approval processes.
- To send the withholding documents to the vendors for each payment.

Collaborate with the credit card and employee expense process:

- Perform the credit card expenses accountability as Concur is not implemented for credit cards in Argentina.
- Review and help with the fiscal documents in the employee expense process.

Support the Finance area with all the paperwork to properly document all the activities, ensuring compliance with all CSL Behring ARGENTINA and CSL global SOPs, policies and requirements.
- Weekly meetings with the Head of Finance
- Weekly meetings with the Senior Analyst, Treasury
- Weekly meetings with the whole Finance team.

Support the audits:

- Provide the samples related to source to pay process.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Education - University student. (public accountant, business administration, or other careers related to economic science)

Competencies - English language (fluent), Problem solving, organizing, time management, informing, action oriented, interpersonal savvy, customer focus, open to learning, creative, ethics and values, integrity and trust.
