**Construction Project Manager - Remote USA Client**

**Location**: Remote

**Job Summary**:
The Project Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects by providing remote support and coordination. This individual will work directly with our Construction Manager to plan, oversee, and deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Construction Manager in planning and implementing project strategies.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure seamless communication and project progress.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, and provide regular updates to the Construction Manager and other relevant parties.
- Identify potential risks and issues, and collaborate with the Construction Manager to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
- Facilitate virtual meetings and discussions to keep all parties informed and aligned on project objectives and milestones.
- Review and approve project documentation, including plans, contracts, and reports, in collaboration with the Construction Manager.
- Assist in resolving any conflicts or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $300,000.00 - $400,000.00 per month
