The role encompasses full project lifecycle management from conceptual design through construction completion, vendor management, business development activities, and contribution to company growth initiatives while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and maintaining exceptional client relationships.## Your day-to-day tasks will include:• Develop and execute project-specific goals, schedules, budgets, and detailed implementation strategies while maintaining master project schedules• Act as primary senior-level client contact building rapport and ensuring full understanding of project scopes and deliverables• Guide clients and teams through complete design implementation process from conceptual through construction documentation and signoff• Prepare RFPs for vendor and contractor services while managing selection processes and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements• Facilitate critical project meetings and coordination exercises with internal staff, stakeholders, and external users across multiple projects• Manage project performance against schedules, milestones, and critical path items while identifying and mitigating potential risks and liabilities• Contribute to business development through maintenance and expansion of existing client relationships and development of new partnerships## Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree from accredited institution in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field• 4-7 years of experience as Project Manager or similar role in construction/design industry• Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings, furniture planning, and space planning concepts• Proven ability to manage all aspects of construction projects including budgeting, scheduling, submittals, and change orders• Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to interact with executive-level clients and external team members• Extensive knowledge of MS Office applications and MS Project for project management and documentation• Fully competent managing all types and sizes of construction projects with proven track record of successful delivery## Preferred Qualifications:• Advanced project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)• Experience with additional project management software platforms beyond MS Project• Background in business development and client relationship management in professional services• Knowledge of construction industry regulations, codes, and compliance requirements• Experience in team training and development of junior project management staff• Understanding of accounts receivable management and working capital optimization• Familiarity with risk management and mitigation strategies in construction project environments**Location:**On-site –Buenos Aires, ARGIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
