Who are you?

Our ideal Program Manager is a maestro, conducting the symphony of projects that drive our mission forward. You'll be our President & CEO's right-hand partner, entrusted with orchestrating our top-level initiatives. More than just a taskmaster, you'll be a strategist, translator, and cheerleader, ensuring every project hits the right note and resonates with our community.

What you'll do:

- Command the Stage: Take ownership of all top-level projects, becoming the central point of contact and clarity.
- Decipher the Score: Deeply understand each project's scope, requirements, and priority, like a conductor reading the music.
- Empower the Ensemble: Divide and assign sub-tasks based on individual team member's strengths, crafting opportunities for everyone to shine.
- Own the Unsung Melodies: Step in and handle tasks that fall outside team members' comfort zones, like a versatile musician tackling any instrument.
- Harmony Through Feedback: Hold weekly progress meetings with the team, understanding hurdles and clearing roadblocks with empathy and expertise.
- Individual Spotlight: Meet with each team member regularly, providing personalized guidance and fostering their growth.
- The Master's Touch: Develop a holistic scorecard to monitor the health and success of our entire business, like a conductor measuring the orchestra's impact.
- From Overture to Encore: See each project through to launch, ensuring its continued success and long-lasting impact.
- Lead the Chorus: Conduct weekly status meetings, keeping everyone informed, aligned, and motivated.

What you bring:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex initiatives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build trust and rapport with diverse team members.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, adept at untangling challenges and finding creative solutions.
- Strategic mindset, able to break down large goals into actionable steps and manage priorities effectively.
- Data-driven approach, comfortable analyzing metrics and using them to inform decision-making.
- Collaborative spirit, passionate about fostering a supportive and motivating team environment.
- Experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile or Waterfall is a plus.
