In this role, you will enthusiastically and passionately assist pharma consortiums in facilitating the myriad legal, financial, and operational risks and nuances of program management. A Program Manager is a people manager in the Risk and Program Management Advisory Group, with day-to-day oversight of a customer program. Expectations include the ability to build relationships (internally and externally), identify customer needs, design strategic and innovative solutions, and deliver customer contracts on time and on budget. You will:

- Achieves billable utilization and managed book of business targets in service to customer engagements.
- Act as the day-to-day point person for the development of customer deliverables and management of the customer relationship and contract. Serve as the primary liaison with customers.
- Actively participates in company-sponsored events, training and professional development opportunities, meetings, and office and Advisory Group initiatives.
- Demonstrate expertise in leading the management consulting cycle of creating project deliverables, quality checking work, setting expectations with the project team, delivering edits and feedback to consulting staff team members, and driving deliverable completion from start to finish. Leverage team member strengths and professional development opportunities to assign project roles and responsibilities.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Graduate or higher degree (e.g. MBA, PhD, PharmD) in business or life sciences, or PMI Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) / Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Skilled in directing the work of others and driving results; must have management experience
- Pharmaceutical experience
- Displays a strategic mindset and seeks innovative solutions
