At Cognizant, we promote an inclusive culture where we value different perspectives.We are currently looking for Regional Change & Communications Lead to work with us in a global project with one of our most important client.What you´ll do?:In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our quarterly learning program by developing clear and concise communication materials for a diverse audience.
You will also be responsible for identifying and addressing communication challenges within regional enablement teams.Key Responsibilities:

- Learning Program Support:

- Write, review, and manage launch and reinforcement communications for all audiences (executives, sponsors, managers, learners). Develop and maintain master presentations for the team. Create additional presentations as needed for regional activities. Support Precision Pitch Regional Activities (developing materials, presentations)Update Precision Pitch materials for new pitches. Communication & Enablement:

- Proactively identify challenges related to communication strategy across regional enablement teams. Devise recommendations and execute plans to address identified communication challenges. Consult and collaborate on developing additional programs, ensuring clear and consistent communication.Necessary skills and experience required:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in change management, communication strategy, or a related field. Proven ability to write clear, concise, and engaging communication materials for diverse audiences (executives, managers, learners)
- Experience with project management methodologies and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines. Strong understanding of the business landscape and the ability to translate complex information into easy-to-understand communication pieces. Excellent decision-making skills with the ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a dynamic environment. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) a plus. Experience in the SEP/BE domain is a plus.
