**In early 2024, we successfully launched beta versions of our RPM, CCM, and mental health solutions, which have been commercially tested with positive results. With a recently expanded sales team and aggressive scaling plans for 2025, we are seeking a Director of Engineering or Senior Product Manager to lead our technical team, drive product innovation, and ensure the seamless development and execution of ProMedix Health’s healthcare technology solutions.**

**This role is critical to the company’s success, as it will play a pivotal role in scaling our engineering infrastructure, enhancing product capabilities, and driving innovation within the digital health space.**

**About the Role**

**This role requires a unique blend of**:
**✔ Strong healthcare experience, including knowledge of FHIR, HL7, HIPAA compliance, and healthcare system interoperability.**

**✔ Robust technical expertise, with hands-on knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS), backend development, API integrations, and database management.**

**✔ Proven experience in both project and product management, ensuring timely and high-quality execution of software development initiatives.**

**✔ Leadership in DevOps and software development, with a track record of managing and scaling engineering teams (currently 12+ software engineers, DevOps professionals, and technical leads).**

**✔ Strategic vision, working as a key stakeholder in technology decisions, process optimization, and technical innovation.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Technology Leadership & Engineering Oversight**

**Lead, mentor, and scale the engineering team, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth strategy.**

**Architect and optimize scalable, high-availability cloud infrastructure (AWS) to support ProMedix Health’s RPM, CCM, and mental health solutions.**

**Oversee the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), from concept to deployment, ensuring best practices in DevOps, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and security compliance.**

**Own technical decision-making regarding software architecture, data management, interoperability, and system integrations.**

**Ensure healthcare regulatory compliance by implementing best practices for HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2, HITRUST, and secure cloud computing.**

**Establish and maintain disaster recovery, system monitoring, and failover strategies to maximize uptime and performance.**

**Product & Project Management**

**Own the product roadmap for RPM, CCM, and mental health solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands.**

**Develop and manage product development processes, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic growth.**

**Work closely with executives, sales, and clinical teams to ensure technology solutions enhance patient outcomes, reduce healthcare costs, and drive commercial success.**

**Oversee sprint planning, agile methodologies, and project tracking tools to ensure efficiency and transparency in development.**

**Define and track KPIs and product performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize product adoption, usability, and scalability.**

**Establish documentation standards and knowledge-sharing protocols, ensuring continuity and efficiency across engineering and product teams.**

**Strategic Innovation & Growth**

**Act as a key advisor to the CEO and VP of Operations, shaping the long-term technology vision for ProMedix Health.**

**Identify emerging technologies, process improvements, and AI-driven opportunities to enhance product offerings and improve clinical workflows.**

**Develop strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, industry leaders, and regulatory bodies to expand product reach and compliance standards.**

**Oversee data analytics initiatives, ensuring actionable insights are leveraged to improve platform functionality and patient care.**

**Drive technical R&D to explore next-generation healthcare solutions, including predictive analytics, AI-driven diagnostics, and virtual health integrations.**
