**How will you contribute?**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following**:

- Gather and Document Business Requirements.
- Configure new requirements in the back end.
- Support testing activities before rolling out initiatives to production: design new test cases, train users, support incidents.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and environments issues.
- Develop reports and scripts using SQL statement.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Engineering or advanced students.
- 3+ years experience as an IT analyst on full life cycle software development efforts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Analytical mindset.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience in understanding the problem domain and translating its requirements into the appropriate software solution.
- Experience gathering new requirements that need to be implemented in the software.
- Hands-on attitude.
- Intermediate English proficiency (verbal and written).
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL.

**Preferred**:

- Intermediate knowledge programming.
- .Net framework experience.
- Intermediate knowledge of databases.
- Oracle preferred.
- Experience in Pay Media, Telecommunications, Billing Systems highly desirable.
- Experience in implementing ERPs, Billing, CRM or mission-critical systems.
