The IT Business Senior Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The main objetive of this role is to manage the downstream systems (Optima/Genesis/Citirisk) requirements and testing as part of the TTS Core accounts transformations project, representing risk team. Be able to maintain conversations with peers and senior management with the ability to influence. Take decision to design the best solution for the client. Represent the Collateral global team in case of any requirement that can be executed as part of Core Accounts Transformation, legacy decommission. Additionally, the role requires experience in Collaterals global platforms, to engage the global teams, also impacted by the transformation programs. **Responsibilities**: - Consult with business clients to determine system functional specifications and provides user and operational support - Act as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts and work as a team to achieve business objectives, performing other duties and functions as assigned - Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision. - Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy. - Act as a coordinator between Core Accounts transformation requirements impacting Collateral Applications. - Work with developments resulting from Core Accounts transformation requirements. - Identify, communicate and mitigate risks effectively. **Qualifications**: - +8 years of experience working in Credit Risk technology. - +5 of Experience/Knowledge on Collaterals flows and systems in LATAM - Technical skills required (Java, PL/SQL, Linux) - Preferable with good knowledge in Citi technologies - Proven interpersonal, data analysis, diplomatic, management and prioritization skills - Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication in English and in Spanish - Proven ability to manage multiple activities and build/develop working relationships - Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly - Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with attention to details and good communication with other teams To be proactive **Education**: - Bachelor's degree/University degree in related areas or equivalent experience - **Job Family Group**: Technology - **Job Family**: Business Analysis / Client Services - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
