We are looking for a Business Data Analyst (Hazard Forecaster) to join our client, a leading global insurance company. This position will be a part of its shared services centers in Argentina, reporting directly and working with a US team.

The role is in charge of identifying productivity metrics and analyze business information, to make recommendations based on the data and discuss projections to create a plan of action. It is also responsible for pulling from various systems and analyzing trends, volumes, patterns and initiatives to provide forecasted work item volume by client.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in similar positions, making businesses recommendations based on data.
- Self-driven, motivated and highly analytical.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Tools.
- Advanced/Bilingual level of English.
- Experience or knowledge in tools such as SQL or PowerBI would be a plus.

This is a full time - remote job
