**Responsibilities**:
- Marketing generalist with strong organizational and project management skills to support the regional marketing team across multiple functions focusing on 3 main areas:
- Administrative support for the team (calendarization, invoicing, back office support);
- Support Global and local marketing campaigns execution;
- Overall Project management;
- Serve as a liaison between Latam marketing teams and all departments at Binance to coordinate and support special projects, marketing initiatives and campaigns, community AMAs, communications, among other program tasks;
- Assist in the recruiting and onboarding of new team members;
- Support the organization of online and offline events and meet-ups in the region;
- Grow and manage local user focused online and offline Binance communities;
- Create, translate, and proofread content that will serve the local community and users well for Binance, focusing on the local market;
- Assist the local marketing team with campaign execution, such as planning and calendarization and processes.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree or above, prefer major in Marketing or Business Administration;
- Extremely organized, able to manage time effectively, and comfortable working across time zones and multiple projects;
- Exposure to digital marketing planning and execution work experience, preferably in crypto exchanges/fintech/eCommerce/tech/gaming, B2C facing;
- Experience in community management and events is a plus;
- Strong interest in the crypto / blockchain / technology space;
- Language skills: Spanish and advanced English. Portuguese is a plus;
- Excellent stakeholder management with internal partners and external vendors;
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and many moving parts at once.
