The Digital Document Services product manager will lead the end-to-end product transformation lifecycle of data and content including - create & collaborate, capture & digitization, signature validation, analytics, classification, workflow management, storage & archiving, and data distribution. As a Product leader, you will drive product vision, work closely with our cross-functional teams to define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, business users, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones. This leader will implement a common operating model for the end to end lifecycle of client documentation across the Wholesale franchise inclusive of people, process, and technology, while continuing to support our business partners/multiple constituents and to meet all regulatory requirements/demand in a controlled fashion. The Digital Document Services organization is a global team and supports the Americas, Europe (including Middle East & Africa) and Asia regions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Gather and author business requirements and other supporting materials to detail business need
- Partner with Feature Teams to translate user needs into accurate and complete business user stories, document process flows (Visio, Powerpoint or Signavio)
- Provide production support as needed, by triaging and resolving issues, prioritizing testing and post implementation and production defects
- Author training documentation, maintain Product information sites (Confluence, Sharepoint)
- Prepare test cases and Support technology release events, prior/during/post deployment, Participate in Production Support validation and work with end users for the same
- Maintain effective relationships with sponsors, stakeholders and key partners
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Business Analysis experience, exhibiting strong organization skills, methodical thinking, innovation and some project management skillset
- Data analysis, mapping and cleansing experience and highly proficient in Excel for data mapping
- Strong, clear, confident communication skills
- Reference Data and/or Document Management background or similar experience
- Scrum and Agile understanding, experience in working within an agile framework
- Knowledge of XMLs, JSON, SQL, or Alteryx is a plus
- Knowledge of Wholesales Payment, Security Services, or Markets business is a plus
