It´s important you have analytical and decisive profile with negotiation skills. You will ensure compliance with the team's objectives and key performance indicators. You’ll participate in different projects. You’ll use management tools, analyze and create reports.
Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:
- Intermediate English level.
- Bachelor’s degree or student in administration or related (not exclusive)
- Self-motivated.
- Ability to deal effectively with all types of people.
- One year of experience in the collections sector.
- Capacity for teamwork and effective communication.
- Intermediate Excel.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm (flexible) - hybrid work scheme -.
