You'll be part of the Collections Team and responsible to contact customers to determine reason for payment delinquency and obtain payment commitment by placing outbound calls and emails.

Role Responsibilities

  • Contact customers to determine reason for payment delinquency and obtain payment commitment by placing outbound calls and emails.
  • These calls and emails are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures.
  • Utilizing your knowledge of the organization, our products and/or services you'll answer inquiries and resolve problems.
  • It will be up to you to ensure all case notes are comprehensive and accurate.
  • You will focus on 90% support to three countries: Perú, Panamá, and Chile.
  • You will ensure compliance with the team's objectives.

Role Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally in fast-paced environments or roles focused on problem-solving.
  • You must be studying business administration or a related field.
  • Intermediate English and Excel level.
  • Analytical and decisive profile with negotiation skills, and the ability to deal effectively with all types of people.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Capacity for teamwork and effective communication.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Argentina national holidays are worked.
