**Requirements**:

- T1 SRE Engineer to support our customer’s production environments
- 4 to 6 year’s experience
- Supporting Production environment and platform by Kubernetes (K8)
- Troubleshooting failed pods.
- Reading K8 logs
- Restarting services.
- Infrastructure and Configuration as code with tools such as Chef, Ansible or Puppet etc.
- Automation of manual/TOIL tasks via implementing new tools or scripts.
- Assisting Engineering teams with their Releases of code to Production with tools such as Harness, Jenkins, Octopus, etc.
- Other System Administration tasks such as Patching OS, App Server provisioning and migrations, Cert renewal, Decommissioning Servers, Non-prod Environment Support
- OnCall support 7×24 is required
- Primary cloud is AWS.

**Responsibilities**:
As an SRE you would:

- Devise and implement complex changes to our production platforms.
- Work together on team projects to improve our automation.
- Contribute to standards for our software operating environment.
- Provide support and operations experience to development teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, and root-cause analysis.
- Work on scripting and tools to improve automation and reliability.
- Work with the other infrastructure teams to enhance our platform.
