**About the position**:
As our **Office Manager**, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our offices in Argentina, Colombia, and Chile.
You’ll be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks that support the overall functionality and efficiency of our teams in the region.

**What You'll Do**:

- Oversee and coordinate daily office operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and adherence to company policies.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring everything is well-maintained and operational.
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, visitors, and correspondence.
- Organize and support company events, internal meetings, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Maintain both digital and physical filing systems while upholding strict data confidentiality standards.
- Support HR activities by maintaining employee records and assisting with onboarding, crossboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline communication and optimize workflow across teams.
- Oversee contract management and support local operations with vendor bidding and procurement processes.
- Manage relationships with key service providers, including HR vendors, ISO certification partners, and office leasing agents.
- Handle all assigned responsibilities with discretion, confidentiality, and a high degree of professional integrity.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Proven experience in office administration.
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) to support collaboration with global teams.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- High attention to detail with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Working knowledge of Argentinian labor law (a strong plus).
