¿Qué te hará brillar en este rol?

  • Experiencia como Account Manager, o Preventa con los ERP's siguientes: Oracle Netsuite, Acumatica Cloud, SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Business One y SAP Business ByDesign , Sage Intacct , Odoo (Deseable) o cualquier otro ERP en general, muy deseable ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Experiencia desarrollando negocios y venta consultiva de soluciones o paquetes con ERP, Debe saber escuchar, hacer las preguntas correctas y entender profundamente los desafíos y necesidades del cliente para proponer una solución personalizada de ERP que realmente genere valor.
  • Buen entendimiento de la parte comercial y de proyectos ERP, capaz de identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, generar sus propios leads y gestionar su pipeline de ventas con autonomía. 
  • Capacidad de construir y mantener relaciones a largo plazo con los clientes existentes es crucial junto a una dedicada experiencia en negociar contratos y acuerdos comerciales, manejando objeciones y resolviendo conflictos de manera constructiva.
  • Inglés Pre-Intermediate/Avanzado (Deseable)
 

Tu impacto diario:

  • Trabajarás asignado a proyectos locales, regionales e internacionales con ERP.
  • análisis del mercado para identificar prospectos y definir estrategias de alcance.
  • Preparar reuniones estratégicas con interlocutores C-Level y líderes de negocio, para entender sus desafíos más apremiantes y proponer soluciones de ERP que optimicen sus operaciones, mejoren la toma de decisiones o generen nuevas fuentes de ingresos.
  • Gestión del pipeline de ventas, elaboración de propuestas comerciales, demostraciones, y mantenimiento de relaciones estratégicas con las cuentas clave para asegurar su éxito continuo y la expansión del negocio.
