**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Role Description
- The team name is Digital Document Services.
- Identify issues and co-ordinate with the relevant functions internally for prompt resolution on disputed points within set time-frame parameters
- Working with key partners in legal, business, operations and technology, contribute towards the development of an efficient operating framework
- Working closely with business stakeholders in various locations and global document management team in India, US and UK.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in MS office is a must.
- Communicates effectively and professionally, quick response to queries and identify when escalation is needed
- Listens effectively to client needs, asks the right questions & is sensitive to what is priority for clients
- Ability and confidence to establish written and oral conversations in English
- Capacity to interpret legal documents/agreements
- ‘Working to deadline’ approach
- Strong organizational skills
- Problem-solving profile
- Graduated from Economics, Bachelor in business Administration, Law, and similar.
