Document Services Analyst (Alemán avanzado)
para sumar a nuestro equipo.

La importancia de este rol:

  • Crear documentos y materiales de presentación visualmente atractivos utilizando plantillas de MS Word y PowerPoint.

  • Garantizar la entrega precisa y oportuna de los resultados cumpliendo con las normas de calidad establecidas y con la marca de la empresa.

  • Alertar a los clientes sobre posibles problemas/temas con antelación y ofrecer posibles soluciones o enfoques alternativos.

  • Realizar auditorías de calidad previas, posteriores y paralelas como parte del proceso de calidad interno.

  • Establecer buenas relaciones de trabajo con los clientes y gestionar sus preocupaciones de forma rápida y profesional.

¿Qué te ayudará a tener éxito en esta oportunidad?

  • Contar con nivel de Alemán e Inglés avanzado (excluyente).

  • Conocimientos avanzados de MS Word, Excel y PowerPoint.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, capacidad de análisis y orientación al detalle.

  • Experiencia en posiciones similares.
