**Propósito de la posición**:
Establecer las estrategias locales de marketing con valor añadido para la categoría bajo responsabilidad, alineadas con la estrategia regional y global. Para cumplir con los objetivos a corto plazo y mediano plazo, asegurando el desarrollo y el fortalecimiento de las marcas, en términos de rentabilidad y competitividad, el crecimiento del volumen rentable, y la ganancia de cuota de mercado.

Todo ello en aplicación del Who Code, la Política e Instrucciones de Nestlé para los sucedáneos de la leche materna y la legislación del mercado local.

**Un día en la vida de**
- Desarrollar y aplicar estrategias de marketing, basadas en las condiciones, tendencias y objetivos del mercado, según las directrices de las estrategias de marca definidas a nível regional.
- Desarrollar un profundo conocimiento del consumidor, del profesional de la salud, de la categoría y de los competidores para satisfacer las necesidades de nuestros grupos objetivo junto con el equipo de detalles médicos.
- Detectar las oportunidades de mercado, determinar el plan de marca integrado, asegurar la ejecución de las actividades y el lanzamiento de nuevos productos, para cumplir con los objetivos de negocio definidos.
- Definir las estrategias de marca para el medical detailing realizando las actividades para aumentar la recomendación de productos, basándose en el análisis de datos de las herramientas disponibles.
- Dirigir y gestionar la interacción con los asociados comerciales para cumplir con la ejecución del plan de marca integrado y los objetivos comerciales.
- Gestionar eficazmente el presupuesto, de conformidad con los requisitos del negocio.

**Lo que te hará exitoso**
- Graduados de carreras de Adm. de Empresa, Marketing o afines.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiência en posiciones similares en industria farmacéuticas.
- Conocimiento de estudios de mercado.
- Nível de inglés avanzado.
- Nível de Excel avanzado.
