**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and preferences
- Utilize a variety of recruiting tools and platforms to identify and attract top talent
- Keep up-to-date with current industry trends and best practices in recruiting and talent retention

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting/HR generalist roles
- Fluency in English
- Strong knowledge of the technology industry and the various roles within it
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent
- Strong understanding of recruiting tools and platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is a plus
