Technical Sourcer

**Technical Sourcer / Recruiter (Immediate Hire)**

Fluid is looking for a Technical Sourcer to join our rapidly growing Human Resource & Talent Acquisition team in the Buenos Aires area, supporting our hiring goals in both Argentina and the United States.

Position Description:- Work directly with HR and hiring managers to create job descriptions, required qualifications and experience.
- Ensure new job postings, onboarding, and promotion request ticketing systems are optimized and functional; track ticket requests & update statuses as needed.
- Assist with tracking & maintaining data from outside industry sources such as compensation reports, etc.
- Update and maintain employee records, title changes, compensation structures, etc.
- Assist with coordinating various recruiting events, career fairs, and partnerships with outside organizations (including career services / universities, bootcamps, meetup groups, etc.)
- Ensure job postings are updated & refreshed regularly- Upload resumes from outside tools / partners (agencies) into the ATS and accurately aligned with job openings.-
- Maintain various databases including company org chart, hiring plans, etc.- Process all hiring paperwork and manage onboarding process from start to finish
- Maintain working knowledge of company’s HR policies and procedures**Requirements**:**
Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a similar area of focus highly preferred
- 1-2+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting or technical sourcing experience (agency or in-house)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - must be proficient in both English and Spanish
- International recruiting experience is highly preferred (South America, North America, Europe, Asia, etc.)-
- Strong negotiation skills - able to appropriately describe job opportunities, company vision & mission, benefit and pay offerings, etc.- Strong attention to detail, data analysis, and data entry skills (automation experience preferred)
- Experience with various recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter (highly preferred), Dice, BuiltIn, etc.
- Experience with various Applicant Tracking Systems and/or HRIS platforms such as Rippling, Zoho Recruit, BambooHR, Jobvite, JazzHR, Lever, Workday, etc.
- Excellent technical acumen - must understand & have the ability to differentiate various skill sets and technologies across the following areas:

- Software Engineering (Frontend, Backend, DevOps)
- Quality Assurance (Automation, Manual, API Testing, etc.)
- Data Analytics & Business Intelligence
- Product and Design (Product Management, UX/UI, etc.)
- IT and Security (Systems Administration, Application Security, DevSecOps, etc.)
- Hardware (Telematics, IoT, etc.)
- Marketing (Digital Marketing, Content Development, Analytics, etc.)
