Remote Virtual Assistant for Influencer Outreach

We are currently seeking an Influencer Outreach Coordinator to join our team at New Music Artist. As an Influencer Outreach Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving grassroots marketing efforts by reaching out to creators and coordinating the creation of videos featuring our artist's new music.

**Responsibilities**
- Outreach and Relationship Building_
- Use creator research tools like Modash to identify and create lists for creators to reach out to
- Use our outreach tools like Lemlist or Instantly to reach out to relevant creators and influencers
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, ensuring a positive and productive partnership
- Campaign Coordination_
- Create scripts to collaborate on creating videos featuring our artist's new music
- Coordinate the creation of videos, ensuring alignment with our artist's brand and marketing goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop campaign strategies and guidelines for influencers
- Performance Tracking and Reporting_
- Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to the marketing team

**Requirements**:

- Technical Skills_
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing or related field
- Proficiency in social media platforms and influencer marketing tools
- Strong understanding of current trends and best practices in influencer marketing
- Soft Skills_
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
