**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound calls to homeowners, educating them on the benefits of solar energy
- Schedule high-quality consultations for our solar specialists
- Consistently meet and exceed performance goals through effective communication and persuasion
- Work closely with sales consultants to ensure seamless customer transitions

**Qualifications**
- Minimum two years of experience in call center sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting
- Fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred
- Strong verbal and negotiation skills with a persuasive sales approach
- Competitive and ambitious mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and resilient, with the ability to overcome objections and stay persistent

**Must have a reliable computer, headset, and stable internet connection to work remotely.**
