Procurement Digital Tools Lead

**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
Responsible for supporting Americas Digital Tools, Projects & Change Management activities related to the integrity of procurement data & tools in the Americas. Activities include, but not limited to, facilitation of training, training tools development & oversight of tools administration. Support Digital

Procurement Team Initiatives as directed.

Accountable for ensuring a clear understanding of Americas Digital procurement data processes, policies, tools & initiatives to effectively enhance or develop users training, support & animation (e.g. guides, videos, sites, etc...).
- Periodically review & evaluate content of training material to keep end users informed timely of updates.
- Train impacted stakeholders on data processes, policies & tools managed by the Digital Procurement team (or other teams as directed).
- Capture key performance indicators for visibility of change management, tools usage & continuous improvement initiatives led by the Digital Procurement team in the Americas.
- Report, manage & monitor procurement data & tool related issues.
- Support tools managed by the AME Digital Proc Team: E.G. maintenance, optimization, incident|issues & evolution management, release management, users management.
- Influence, & when directed, lead procurement data initiatives & continuous improvement projects.
- Support AME Digital Procurement Team in:

- Implementation & deployment of AME Procurement tools working in close partnership w/AME IT & aligned with Group / Global Procurement: punchout catalogs, suppliers portal, & e-markets.
- Facilitation of onboarding suppliers / users in Americas Digital Procurement tools (e.g. DPS, Power BI).
- Team objectives & planning; &, when applicable, track progress.
- Participate and, when necessary, lead testing of procurement tool solutions/processes.
- Influence and, as directed, lead transformational changes & continuous improvement of the Americas digital procurement platforms.
- As applicable, partner w/Group, Global & AME Data Master stewards & analysts.
- Responsible for having a mindset of connecting users from across the organization to work together in defining data, building context around data, raising questions, & clarifying roles.
- Develop presentations & communications in support of procurement data quality, processes & digital tools.
- Monitoring established data quality metrics & requirements regarding Procurement spend data.
- Continually enhances digital awareness / knowledge by participating in educational opportunities (IE workshops, forums, on-line courses).
- Actively collaborate with AME Digital Procurement team to stay aligned on current state of AME Procurement data & initiatives/planned C-IMP.
- Periodically review & evaluate digital platforms that impact procurement data in support of continuous improvement activities.
- As required, responsible for overseeing digital tool & data steward’s activities | initiatives.

- Bilingual: English & Spanish required.
- Advanced Microsoft & Google skills and competencies are required (Excel/Sheets, Powerpoint/Slides).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred Strong understanding of Procurement & Finance Tools & Processes.
- Tools Administration Experience is preferred but not required.
- Detail oriented, self-motivated with ability to hold multiple tasks, prioritize work & meet deadlines.
- Understands underlying mechanisms of customer/supplier relationships.
- Well disciplined; with ability to work remotely if needed.
- Family with Digital Analytic Tools, PowerBI
