Title: Country Manager Seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join a fast‑growing talent solutions company. As Country Manager, you will drive the company’s success in Argentina by aligning local operations with global strategies and addressing unique market challenges and opportunities. This pivotal role oversees operations, growth, and strategic direction within the country. It requires strong leadership, business acumen, and a deep understanding of the local staffing landscape. Additionally, the Country Manager plays a key role in shaping organizational culture, ensuring employee well‑being, and managing time and attendance to foster productivity and engagement. Responsibilities - Lead and manage the local team, ensuring performance targets and KPIs are met or exceeded. - Oversee recruitment operations, ensuring efficient candidate placement and high‑quality service delivery. - Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies. - Conduct market analysis to identify trends and develop strategic initiatives. - Develop and manage budgets to meet financial targets and enhance profitability. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - Implement systems to track and manage employees’ work hours and address any scheduling issues. - Monitor and report key performance metrics for decision‑making. - Foster effective communication within the team and the broader organization. - Create a positive work environment where employees feel valued and supported. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field. - 4+ years of experience in operations, commercial management, or leadership roles in staffing, outsourcing, or talent solutions. - Strong commercial and negotiation skills with experience managing client relationships. - Solid understanding of financial management, including budgeting and cost control. - Experience overseeing accounting, legal, and compliance processes. - Leadership experience managing local teams and driving performance. - Excellent communication skills in Spanish; English proficiency required. - Proactive approach with the ability to execute local initiatives and marketing actions. - Deep knowledge of the local market and familiarity with labor legislation.
