We are currently hiring a highly skilled lawyer for US Macro Markets & Sales. Responsibilities include drafting, discussing and advising on the full range of documentation relating to derivatives (including ISDA Master Agreements, futures documentation, clearing documentation and collateral documentation), assisting the front office on structuring foreign‑exchange and derivatives transactions and on regulatory requirements relating to derivatives. You will collaborate directly with Sales, Traders, Compliance, Risk and Technology. Required Qualifications - 5+ years of post‑law school practice at a major law firm or in‑house at a major financial institution. Prior experience with securities financing and/or drafting and negotiating agreements is helpful; derivatives experience preferred. - Excellent writing skills and strong attention to detail. - Polished verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with various internal partners outside the legal department and counterparties. - Ability to manage projects and work independently. - Team player, confident and proactive; willingness to learn; comfortable asking for guidance. - Law degree. Attorney candidates must be in compliance with all relevant licensing requirements in the jurisdiction where the role will be located prior to commencement of employment. - All candidates for roles in the Legal department must successfully complete a conflicts of interest clearance review prior to commencement of employment.
