At Cona Consultores we are looking for an HR Manager to join the team of a leading multinational telecommunications company. Responsibilities: - Comprehensive Human Resources management: selection, hiring, development and termination of personnel. - Coordinate compensation and benefits programs. - Implement and update internal HR policies according to current labor regulations. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and management reports. - Act as a liaison between employees and the organization on labor relations issues. Requirements: - University HR Bachelor. - +10 years of experience in the area. - Advanced Excel skills. - Conversational/Advanced English (required).
