The Position

El Value Creation and Healthcare Access Head es un catalizador, coach, arquitecto y visionario para acelerar nuestro portafolio actual y futuro. Este líder es un facilitador clave para establecer grandes ambiciones que busquen no dejar a ningún paciente atrás en el acceso a nuestros medicamentos. Será responsable de liderar a los equipos de las áreas terapéuticas (DAs por sus siglas en inglés) para catalizar el liderazgo de mercado para nuestros productos en Argentina.

Será miembro del Equipo de Liderazgo de Argentina (Enabling Team) reportando al Gerente General de la afiliada.

Eres responsable de:

- Ser la voz de Argentina en las redes de excelencia de comercialización de Farma International y GPS, traer los insights correctos y relevantes para garantizar la mejor estrategia y definición de MTOS locales. Para lograr esto, entenderás a detalle el entorno del mercado y las necesidades del campo y así serás catalizador de estrategia y outcomes también en el Equipo de Liderazgo (Enabling Team).
- Desarrollar y mantener actualizado el “Portafolio strategic brief” local apoyándote en tu equipo de líderes de DA y Pipeline.
- Catalizar que se establezcan la ambición y expectativas claras en los squads de DAs- visión, ambiciones audaces, expectativas claras y outcomes tomando en cuenta los insights de campo y de stakeholders externos así como el diseño y priorización de work packages relevantes y necesarios para la comercialización y lograr los resultados definidos.
- Inspirar a la organización con un Liderazgo Visionario matricial para alcanzar resultados ambiciosos; así como catalizar y entrenar para un entorno donde los equipos multifuncionales puedan colaborar, desarrollarse y sobresalir en el logro de MTOs y STOs para el DA.
- Utilizar y fortalecer la colaboración y el trabajo en red Roche (más allá de Argentina).
- Fomentar fuertes asociaciones externas y alta orientación al cliente - asegurar que las partes interesadas clave (influenciadores clínicos y no clínicos) nos vean como su socio preferido. Movilizar la red con rapidez cuando sea necesario para satisfacer las necesidades urgentes de estas partes interesadas clave.
- Responsable de la estrategia y desempeño comercial (venta, market share, market growth, dynamic shares, crecimiento, entre otros). Análisis, estrategia y toma de decisiones en base a datos.
- Participante crítico en el proceso del plan de negocios.

Quién eres:

- Experiencia en roles de liderazgo estratégico y comercial en la industria farmacéutica/biotecnológica. Capacidad demostrada para liderar esfuerzos empresariales. Puede ser necesaria la experiencia en alguna DA clave.
- Líder VACC excepcional con la capacidad de inspirar y movilizar a los equipos hacia una visión de altas ambiciones, construyendo una cultura de responsabilidad, colaboración, diversidad, inclusión y confianza.
- Pensamiento sistémico - entiendes y lideras con una mentalidad empresarial y colectiva; entiendes y aprecias la complejidad.
