¿Qué responsabilidades te esperan?

- Desarrollar y liderar el área Comercial, participando activamente en las actividades de ventas, estableciendo procesos y mejores prácticas
- Aumentar los ingresos con un enfoque sostenible y escalable. Gestionar todos los aspectos del embudo de ventas para garantizar la salud del pipeline y las tasas de conversión
- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de ventas efectivas que se alineen con los objetivos de negocio
- Establecer y mantener relaciones profundas con clientes clave y prospectos
- Asegurar pronósticos precisos, seguimiento de ventas y reportes al equipo ejecutivo
- Contratar, asesorar y hacer crecer el equipo de Ventas y Marketing de alto rendimiento a medida que la empresa escala
- Identificar y perseguir oportunidades en nuevos mercados, estando atento a tendencias y cambios que puedan afectar la estrategia del negocio

¿Qué esperamos de vos?

- +7 años de experiencia en liderazgo de áreas comerciales de empresas Saa S, B2B o base tecnológica
- Experiencia en gestiones comerciales con grandes empresas y variedad de tipos de negocios e industrias
- Capacidad para crecer en un entorno de startup dinámico, con un enfoque práctico de liderazgo
- Sólidas habilidades de análisis, toma de decisiones y resolución de problemas, con capacidad para gestionar ciclos de venta complejos
- Pasión por la IA y las soluciones tecnológicas
- Inglés avanzado (Excluyente)
