About the role We are seeking a dynamic and highly capable Chief of Staff to join our team. This role requires an individual who can provide critical support to our leadership, manage complex projects, and ensure the smooth running of the organization. This individual will have an innate ability to anticipate executive needs and manage organizational priorities. This is a Full-time Remote position. Responsibilities - Offer high-level strategic guidance to the leadership team and help in decision-making processes. - Coordinate across departments to ensure timely project completion and address organizational challenges. - Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders. - Prioritize and manage multiple complex calendars and schedules. - Oversee and drive special projects and initiatives as directed by the leadership. - Ensure timely and effective communication between the executive team and staff. - Represent the executive team in meetings, forums, and engagements as needed. - Anticipate executive needs and proactively bring together appropriate people and resources to support the executive's agenda. Requirements - Proven experience in a Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, or similar role at senior management levels. - Strong background in strategic operations and organizational development. - Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive them to completion. - Experience liaising and coordinating with global teams, aligning with US working hours. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to anticipate needs and think proactively. - Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. - Demonstrated capability to handle confidential information with discretion.
