Job Summary: The Chief of Staff to the CEO is a critical leadership role responsible for driving strategic initiatives, optimizing organizational efficiency, and serving as a trusted advisor to the CEO of Unicorn Hunters and Unicoin. This person will work closely with the CEO to ensure the successful execution of the company's vision and objectives while managing cross‑functional projects and initiatives. Key Responsibilities Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO, providing insights, analysis, and recommendations to support decision‑making. Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling, and priorities to maximize productivity and ensure the CEO's time is used effectively. Coordinate and facilitate meetings, discussions, and presentations involving the CEO and other key stakeholders. Oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment across the organization. Identify and address operational inefficiencies, proposing solutions to streamline processes and improve organizational effectiveness. Serve as a liaison between the CEO and various departments, fostering collaboration and communication. Represent the CEO in meetings and events as needed, effectively communicating the company's vision and priorities. Provide guidance and support to the CEO on a wide range of topics, including business operations, talent management, and external relations. Assist in the development and execution of the company's growth strategies, including mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's governance and compliance frameworks. Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO, ensuring timely and successful completion. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Over 7 years of experience in a senior‑level role, such as chief of staff, executive management, or management consultant. Proven track record of working closely with C‑level executives and driving strategic initiatives. Exceptional organizational, project management, and problem‑solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Proficient in data analysis, financial modeling, and strategic planning. Familiarity with the startup ecosystem, cryptocurrency, and the investment landscape is a plus. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
