Site Manager

Principali funzioni e attività di cui si occuperà il candidato

Le figure ricercate avranno il compito di vigilare costantemente le attività di cantiere e guidare le varie imprese esecutrici al raggiungimento dell’obbiettivo con particolare attenzione a:

- ·Supporto al Project Manager: Fornire assistenza nelle varie fasi del progetto.

- Sopralluoghi in cantiere: Effettuare visite per la preventivazione, verificare l'avanzamento delle attività, redigere report e SAL.

- ·Auditing e Inspection: Effettuare controlli e ispezioni per assicurare la conformità con le norme e gli standard.

- ·Realizzazione del progetto: Eseguire il progetto assegnato sulla base della documentazione tecnica ricevuta.

- ·Segnalazione delle criticità: Prontamente rilevare e segnalare eventuali criticità durante l’esecuzione delle attività.

- Garantire il rispetto degli obiettivi di tempo, costi, qualità e sicurezza attraverso il coordinamento diretto delle risorse

- Gestire delle variazioni e scostamenti in accordo con direzione di progetto e ufficio tecnico di cantiere

- Interfaccia con il Direttore Lavori e i coordinatori per la sicurezza: Collaborare per garantire il rispetto delle normative vigenti.

- ·Coordinamento delle maestranze: Supervisionare e coordinare le squadre di lavoro in cantiere.

- ·Verifica della sicurezza: Monitorare e assicurare il rispetto delle norme di sicurezza in cantiere.

- Supporto organizzativo del cantiere: Essere responsabile dell’avanzamento della commessa e supportare l’organizzazione delle attività di cantiere.

- Partecipare alle riunioni di progetto con il Cliente, gli altri Consulenti coinvolti e l’imprese affidatarie dei lavori;

- Partecipare alle riunioni periodiche per verificare l’andamento della commessa

Il candidato ideale sarà in grado di gestire in autonomia le attività riportate, collaborando strettamente con tutti gli attori coinvolti per garantire il successo del progetto.

Conoscenze specifiche e Soft Skill

Sono richieste spiccate doti relazionali oltre che ottime qualità organizzative e di problem solving.

Il candidato dovrà inoltre essere una persona organizzata ed in grado di trasferire con cura e precisione le attività svolte in cantiere al Project Manager.

Formazione

Laurea in Ingegneria, Architettura o simili.

Esperienza professionale

Preferibile pregressa esperienza nella gestione di cantieri di Hotel.

Conoscenze Specifiche

·Conoscenza lingua Inglese e/o Spagnolo

·

Si offre:

contratto Tempo Determinato o collaborazione a Partita Iva; livello e retribuzione commisurati alla effettiva esperienza.
