Nuestro desafío es llegar a los 10.000 clientes y para ello buscamos personas talentosas que se sumen, generando valor y colaborando con un gran equipo.
En esta oportunidad, estamos en la búsqueda de una persona para sumarse a nuestro team de Operaciones como Customer Success Analyst. En este rol se espera que puedas construir relaciones sólidas y de confianza con los clientes asignados, actuando como el punto de contacto principal para cualquier consulta o problema, además de garantizar su satisfacción con nuestros productos y servicios, fomentar la continuidad del servicio e impulsar el crecimiento del negocio.
Es una posición 100% remota, por lo que podrás postularte desde cualquier lugar de la Argentina.
Responsabilidades
- Asegurar que los clientes nuevos comprendan completamente cómo utilizar los productos o servicios de la empresa.
- Monitoreo y soporte continuo de los clientes definidos: acompañar y realizar seguimiento al cliente para resolver problemas o responder preguntas.
- Evaluar regularmente el rendimiento del cliente utilizando métricas acordadas y proponer acciones correctivas si es necesario.
- Trabajar continuamente con los clientes para identificar/conocer los principales pains y generar la posibilidad de upselling.
- Realizar encuestas, visitas y revisiones regulares para medir y mejorar la satisfacción del cliente.
- Colaborar estrechamente con otros equipos dentro de la empresa para asegurar una experiencia cohesiva para el cliente.
- Negociar términos de contrato y manejar situaciones delicadas con clientes.
- Proporcionar feedback valioso al equipo de desarrollo del producto basado en la experiencia y necesidades del cliente.
Requisitos
- Experiencia en Gestión/Relacionamiento con clientes.
- Experiencia en manejo de cartera de clientes.
- Experiencia en ventas, preferentemente consultiva B2B, de Software SaaS.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación interpersonal.
- Vocación de servicio y orientación al cliente.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
- Tener conocimientos de inglés y/o portugués.
- Experiencia utilizando herramientas como Slack, Pipedrive, Pipeline, etc.
