The Growth Marketing Team leads the company's efforts to acquire new eaters across a variety of channels. CookUnity has an incredible chef-driven story to tell—and a mind-blowing, must-taste product to introduce to the world. We have an incredible mission, as a marketing team, to not simply shake up the known Weekly Meal Plans and On-Demand Food Delivery categories, but usher in a new era of the chef-centric marketplace.

About the Role

Our ideal candidate will execute our Google growth strategy to scale customer acquisition across paid search, display, demand gen and performance max tactics. As the Growth Marketing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating new customer acquisition and reactivations across CookUnity’s ideal customer segments, while maintaining efficient CACs. You will develop and deliver upon data and insight-driven Paid Search marketing plans and manage a cross-channel portfolio across search, display, and video while collaborating with the broader growth team, CRO, and audience management teams.

Responsibilities:

- Day to day campaign management in Google Paid Search, YouTube, Demand Gen, and Performance Max.

- Monitor industry competitive SERP landscape for keyword research, asset creation, and trend identification.

- Develop, constantly test, and scale innovative marketing campaigns, ad group concepts, and creatives.

- Analyze performance data to produce actionable outcomes and opportunities.

- Support in defining the performance marketing strategy, business plans, budgets, and structures for sustainable growth.

- Collaborate with internal performance creative team and CRO manager to develop resonating assets and landing page experiences.

- Define and develop understanding of the target customer to unlock business insights and manage KPIs for high growth impact.

- Support in onboarding and training high-performing team members and leverage external partners for success.

Requirements

- 4+ years of relevant work experience in online DTC marketing with high-growth consumer-facing companies.

- Hands-on experience launching and optimizing performance within Meta and Google ad products.

- Strong Excel skills for manipulating large data sets for actionable insights.

- A Bachelor’s degree or proven relevant experience in a performance marketing or commercial role.

- Outstanding understanding in marketing or tech-related subjects (e.g., AdTech, Data Science, Economics).

- Ability to generate solutions from qualitative and quantitative marketing challenges.

- Proven ability to manage multiple, complex tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in leading innovative and effective marketing programs across major digital and offline channels.

- Extremely analytical and data-driven with the ability to drive traffic and transactions.

- Excellent leadership skills to attract and develop marketing talent.

- Experience in managing large marketing budgets.
