Contactar los clientes referidos por el área de Sales and Trading y Capital Markets
- Solicitar/Investigar/revisar los documentos de los clientes de acuerdo al segmento
- Realizar seguimiento a las cuentas desde el proceso de Onboarding hasta la creación de la misma
- Evaluar los resultados de los proyectos ejecutados y actividades programadas (Cuentas Up & Running, acuerdos de servicio, material comunicacional, etc.)
- Revisar y actualizar los expedientes de los clientes que pertenecen al Grupo BancTrust.
- Detectar, referir y vincular clientes nuevos y preexistentes con las otras entidades de BancTrust Group
- Realizar manuales de proceso de Onboarding para todas las entidades.
- Unificar de información de interés, ubicada en los servidores, para el área de Onboarding
