The Procure-to-Pay (PTP) Expense Management Analyst is responsible for maintaining the Travel and Expense reimbursement process, including the Corporate Credit Card program and Chrome River expense reimbursement tool.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administration of the Corporate Credit Card Program, ensuring compliance with the Firm's T&E policy.
- Administer the Chrome River expense reimbursement system, including validation of daily interfaces with SAP, new user onboarding, and addressing operational issues.
- Collaborate with the Service Owner to deliver the Expense Management service, including system enhancement testing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Audit select expense reports for policy violations, issue resolution, or questions regarding the expense management programs as directed.
- Evaluate and escalate issues to PTP leadership, involving Human Resources, Executive Leadership, and Audit regarding policy violations or fraud.
- Escalate functional and operational issues of Corporate Card and Chrome River to Technology support organization and PTP leadership when necessary.
- Monitor corporate card allocation activities by cardholders for timely submission of expense reports and assist in addressing delays with the approval of expense reports.
- Provide reporting to PTP management on policy review, issues, delinquencies, fraud, suspect vendors, spend patterns, trends, system operations, etc.
- Presents feedback to PTP leadership on suggested policies and procedures to gain efficiencies and overall compliance with expense management tools and platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in a similar role or graduate degree in business-related field, preferably Accounting or Finance.
- Experience handling Billing/Accounting for a Process Outsourcing Firm is a significant advantage.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills, and ability to communicate throughout all levels of the firm.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products (Outlook, Excel, Word).
