  El modelo de trabajo para esta posición es híbrido y con base en nuestra oficina ubicada en Munro, en la Zona Norte de Buenos Aires.
Tus principales desafíos y responsabilidades serán : 1.  Desarrollo de Estrategias de Marca Definición de la Estrategia: Crear y ejecutar estrategias de marca que alineen la misión, visión y valores de la marca con las necesidades y deseos del consumidor.
Análisis de Mercado: Realizar investigaciones de mercado para entender las tendencias, comportamientos del consumidor y la competencia, lo que ayuda a identificar oportunidades de crecimiento.
2.  Gestión de Productos Lanzamiento de Nuevos Productos: Planificar y coordinar el desarrollo y lanzamiento de nuevos productos, asegurando que se alineen con la estrategia de marca y las expectativas del consumidor.
Ciclo de Vida del Producto: Gestionar el ciclo de vida de los productos existentes, incluyendo la evaluación del rendimiento y decisiones sobre actualizaciones o discontinuaciones.

 Comunicación de Marca Desarrollo de Campañas Publicitarias: Diseñar y ejecutar campañas demarketing y publicidad que comuniquen eficazmente el valor y la propuesta de la marca a los consumidores.
Gestión de Contenidos: Crear y supervisar el contenido para diferentes canales (digital, redes sociales, televisión, etc.) que refuercen la imagen de la marca y atraigan a los consumidores.
4.  Relación con el Consumidor Escucha Activa: Recoger y analizar la retroalimentación de los consumidores para entender sus necesidades y preferencias, lo que ayuda a ajustar las estrategias de marca.
Construcción de Comunidad: Desarrollar iniciativas que fomenten una comunidad en torno a la marca, aumentando la lealtad y el compromiso del consumidor.
5.  Análisis y Medición del Rendimiento Evaluación de KPI: Monitorear y analizar indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI) para medir la efectividad de las campañas y estrategias de marca.
Informes y Presentaciones: Preparar informes y presentaciones para comunicar resultados y recomendaciones a la alta dirección y otros interesados.
