CUSTOMER SERVICE / ANALISTA EN COMERCIO EXTERIOR PARA 4PL
Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Líder de Cuenta para nuestra área de 4PL.
El servicio de 4PL de VACLOG integra y gerencia la logística internacional de sus clientes.
Como 4PL asumimos el gerenciamiento y/o la gestión del proceso logístico, sus proveedores e incluso clientes o proveedores de nuestros clientes.
Para este rol, se planifica, ejecuta, informa y mide la operación de la cadena logística (despachante, forwarder, transportes locales e internacionales, etc).
Con una adecuada plataforma informática aseguramos información online, dashboard y KPIs para mejora continua.
**Las tareas a realizar son**:
Realizar el seguimiento de operaciones de importación y exportación (dependiendo de las cuentas clientes).
Seguimiento de órdenes de compra.
Contacto fluido con despachante, forwarders y proveedores del exterior.
Relación con los bancos intervinientes.
**Lo que buscamos de vos**:
Experiência mínima de 4 años adquirida en departamentos de Comercio Exterior
Graduado o estudiante en curso de Comercio Exterior, Tecnicatura en Aduana o afines.
Muy buen dominio del inglés tanto como escritura como conversacional.
Excelente manejo de sistemas informáticos (preferible experiência en SAP o sistema de gestión similar, Paquete Office (principalmente Excel).
Marcada capacidad de análisis, proactividad, orientación al cliente, capacidad de organización y flexibilidad.
