At Capital Humano, we strive to provide world-class operational and transactional services to our organization. Our Shared Service Center (SSC) plays a crucial role in achieving this goal, and we are seeking an experienced professional to lead our country team.

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing the SSC Country Team to ensure consistent high standards of service and meet KPI and SLA requirements. This includes supervising global processes, coordinating with other groups, and ensuring workforce planning and management within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and coordinate colleague profiles, personal skills, trainings, team building, career paths, and support management.
  • Coach the operational team and assure their professional development and motivation.
  • Develop the team to attain assigned goals.
  • Supervise, organize, and control global processes and coordinate this activity with other groups in the SSC as well as with other functions.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A college/university degree related to HR, Psychology, Business Admin, or Customer Service.
  • Experience in coaching colleagues, developing career paths, designing team building activities, organizing activities and events with the team.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with individuals across multiple levels of an organization.
  • Experience in designing visual content (Newsletters, Presentations, Dashboards).
  • Experience in Continuous Process Improvement.
  • Fluent English Level.
  • Computer skills, including MS Office.
