We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Publisher to join our team, responsible for moderating internal content and publishing for high-profile and fast-turnaround web, in-store, and marketing assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day digital content tasks, both regionally and globally, for various platforms
  • Review all materials delivered for publishing and implement publishing protocols
  • Understand and contribute to evolving workflows to ensure flawless delivery
  • Liaise with project management and design teams to ensure consistency and quality across materials
  • Flag any concerns or issues experienced with the format in which work is received
  • Support final publication of content within clients' proprietary CMS
  • Maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of client brand guidelines and expectations
  • Ensure comprehension of client platform guidelines and review content accordingly
  • Escalate complex cases or content requiring further review to senior moderators or other departments
Requirements
  • 2-4 years' experience working with a content management system and managing content for a global audience
  • Experience working in client services or production agencies
  • Exceptional eye for detail with the ability to work at pace while maintaining focus
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and ability to handle ambiguity
  • Experience with Wrike or other project management tools to track workload and progress
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to clearly document and troubleshoot errors
  • Ability to pick up new responsibilities quickly
  • Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
  • Proactive with good communication skills, both verbal and written
