Your Role and Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a Transfer Pricing Strategist to join our team in Buenos Aires. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of transfer pricing analyses to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Accurate and timely preparation of transfer pricing reports and forms.
- Direction and interaction with the U.S.-based Corporate Income Tax Operations Team, and interaction with local non-U.S. tax and accounting teams.
- Support on transfer pricing audits and business direction and guidance with respect to intercompany transactions.
- Support on transfer pricing planning activities and ad-hoc projects.
- Compliance with all relevant business and internal controls.
- Building strong internal relationships within the transfer pricing team and across other services.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics, with at least 4 years of prior experience in Transfer Pricing within a corporate or consulting firm environment.
- Strong communication skills, including advanced spoken and written English abilities.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Analytical skills, with the ability to extract and interpret data from various internal systems.
- Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to create pivot tables and/or Power queries.
- PREFERRED: Experience in a Transfer Pricing practice within a Corporate or Consulting firm, with advanced/proficient verbal and written English communication.
