Main Responsibilities:

As a Dealer Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a market representation business plan that identifies dealers with sufficient capital, capacity, customer satisfaction, and character. Your key objectives will include:

  • Developing and implementing a network development strategy for France, leading new dealer partners development accordingly.
  • Strengthening dealer profitability and facilitating BYD France network development.
  • Achieving volume and share growth objectives.
  • Executing the BYD network consolidation strategy to right-size the BYD network.
  • Managing performance improvement growth process at underperforming BYD stores and identifying opportunities for improvement/replacement.
  • Leading dealership and related contract/agreement negotiation.
  • Coordinating with all relevant resources to adjust business processes, align task roles from all business levels & functions.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, business management or engineering background preferred.
  • At least 7 years related working experience in the automotive industry.
  • Expert in business acumen, including interpretation of financial statements, dealer performance reports, and retail industry reports.
  • Working experience in auto OEM for EU network development.
  • Proficient English and French, Chinese a plus.
