The Senior IT Systems Engineer role at Medallia is a critical position that requires an individual with expertise in designing, building, and maintaining complex systems. As a key contributor to the IT team, you will be responsible for developing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for infrastructure experiences across our IT cloud presence.
In this role, you will collaborate with internal or external vendor teams to create seamless infrastructure experiences. You will work closely with the Network and IT security services to provide a secure, highly performant, and consistent user experience across the globe.
You will be responsible for helping the team sequence, prioritize, and contribute to planning the portfolio of IT initiatives. Additionally, you will be hands-on in building a high-performing world-class IT practice and providing opportunities for team members to grow and prosper.
This role requires a strong background in architecture & deployment roles in corporate backend systems, including Windows Server and/or Linux, SSO (SAML), PKI, Compute, Storage, Virtualization, Virtual desktops, etc. Experience maintaining and supporting Jira & Github Enterprise is also a must.
Key Responsibilities- Develop the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the IT team
