Job Description
As a Full Stack Developer, you will become an integral part of our dynamic team, collaborating closely with our dedicated front-end developer and global agency partners. You will be at the forefront of decision-making, driving the development of our overall technical architecture across various CMS platforms, including WordPress, Drupal, and Shopify.
This role is based in Cracow. You will work closely with developers, product managers, project managers, and our agency resources to define and modify requirements and functional specifications for both existing and new projects.
You will mentor our internal front-end developer and ensure smooth collaboration between all stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Lead WordPress Web Development: Oversee the development and maintenance of WordPress websites.
- Develop and Maintain Integrations with External Systems: Develop and maintain scalable APIs and web services to facilitate efficient data transfer and integrations with external systems.
- Collaborate with Front-End Developer and Agency Partners: Work closely with the internal front-end developer and agency partners to seamlessly integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
You will also provide leadership and guidance to the internal front-end developer, assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, and foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- Proven work experience as a full-stack developer with a strong emphasis on web development, particularly with WordPress.
- Proficient in developing robust web applications using PHP, preferably with Laravel, and WordPress.
- Skilled in front-end development best practices, with the ability to deliver responsive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance engagement and user experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in optimizing website performance to improve speed and reliability.
You should also be comfortable working in collaborative environments with multiple product owners across varying projects and with agency partners.
